Problem statement
Risk management was needed across timing, cost and performance for 10+ vehicle platforms planned over the next three years.
My role
Led VES and software risk management by integrating component-level risks into vehicle-level implications, coordinating 25–30+ stakeholders and driving leadership reviews and mitigation planning.
